I have been working claims for almost 20 years for many different adjusting companies. I started with ACC about 3 weeks ago and I would like to say a bit about how it is going.

First, every one that I have been in contact with seems to be a true professional. Every one is helpful and no one has been critical to me. I have had some revisions to make but the request for those have come across in a polite manner. That is not the case some of my past experiences.

I want to especially point out Jennifer Leonhart and Tina Duck as being so very helpful. I will get the system completely figured out by the time I have completed 15 or 20 claims.

And the card welcoming me to the company was very thoughtful. It is rare that an IA gets a positive message from an adjusting company. I hope to do more and more work for ACC in the future.
