Constant communication of claim details with desk adjuster
- Claim confirmation sent to desk adjuster with field adjuster’s contact information upon assignment
- Appointment time emailed to desk adjuster
Inspection within 48 hours unless the insured is unable to schedule at this time
Closing within 48 hours of inspection
Closing Average (<5 working days)
- Invoice confirmation emailed to desk adjuster with closing documents after final approval from our staff adjusters
- Uploaded through Xactimate (if applicable)
